The roof deck, main lanai, exterior stairs, greenhouse and Juliet balcony all need to be waterproofed. This involves applying a metal flashing, filling voids and cracks and then applying a waterproof membrane. All of these surfaces will be tiled. (1/14/2004 - 1/16/2004).
